Visitor berths

We are currently able to provide short stay and long stay berths at this unique location in the heart of London.

If you need somewhere to keep your boat for a few weeks, or are visiting London and need an overnight berth without the inconvenience and cost of locking into a dock, please contact us for details.

Berthing fees are determined by length of vessel, with discounts available for longer stays.

Memberships

We currently have no berths available

Berths may become available in the future and when they do, they will be advertised on this website. A summary of the requirements that new members must fulfil is given below.
New applicants must apply with suitable historic craft built prior to 1965, to join this unique self managed mooring development. Applicants should either currently own or be prepared to purchase a vessel that is in original or ‘in trade’ condition and has not been significantly altered through conversion to residential use. They should contact us with their address, telephone number and details (including photograph) of the vessel . Suitable candidates will be contacted for interview.

There are specific criteria for vessels on the mooring, determining length, draft, freeboard, and of course historical character. All vessels must be maintained in a seaworthy condition and hold a Boat Safety Certificate. Vessels will be judged on their historical authenticity and their historical relevance to London and the Thames.

Please note the overall length of the vessel, including anchors, fixed bowsprits and extended rudders, must not exceed the length of the berth on offer. The fee as of October 1st 2013 is £5,210/m.
